Bruce Choy plays his guitar inside his hair salon. Music is his second talent after hairstyling. Choy invented his "Flyingshears" technique after seeing guitarist Stanley Jordan playing two guitars at once.

Hairstylist Bruce Choy cuts hair like nobody else in the world. He uses a special technique that involves both hands and up to 14 pairs of scissors at once. This special gift has earned him a place in the Guinness World Records in March 2002 as “Hair Cutting With the Most Scissors At Once”.
